One of the best and easiest ways to provide your students with a better audio experience is to use earbuds during your meetings. This prevents your voice from sounding tinny and boomy. Yes, you can click on the "Share Screen" button on the bottom toolbar of the meeting and select which open program (e.g. browser, PowerPoint presentation, video, etc.) you want to share. As a meeting host, when scheduling a new meeting, you have the ability to have your meeting automatically begin to record upon starting. Learn more here.
