Chuck will then:
- create a quick personal video in which he’ll respond to each of the prospect’s concerns. The idea is to introduce your prospect to one of the folks who created the training, thereby gaining more trust while simultaneously responding to the prospect’s challenges.
- he’ll email that video to you, and you can forward it to your prospect with a message like:
As I mentioned, I passed your video conferencing challenges along to Chuck at Bald Guy Studio. Please find his response in the attached video.

- follow up at the set time with a phone call and see what questions your prospect has; pass those along to Chuck via email or text, and we’ll proceed to the next step!
- your work is almost done at this point in the process so make sure you let Chuck and Dana (email@example.com) know where things stand.
- It’s a good idea to follow up one more time after we let you know the outcome of the interactions we have with your prospect.
