If you cannot see your video, make sure your camera is turned on by clicking the “Start Video” button and selecting the correct camera using the arrow next to the button.
If you cannot hear other participants, click the arrow next to the “Mute/Unmute” button and select the correct speakers. You can also test your speakers and microphone from the same arrow button. Be sure your computer or device volume is up and not muted.
It may also be the case that other participants are muted, which is why you cannot hear them. You will see a red microphone icon with a slash through it on the participant’s picture if they are muted.
Use the “Chat” feature if you are having audio or video difficulties to inform other participants.
